Fabulous weather!!!
Well I did manage to squeeze in a little run on wednesday night. I did 3 miles on the treadmill at the Y followed by 16 mins on the EFX (1.5 miles). Then on Thursday, I hit the road between jobs. 7 miles, OUTDOORS, about 11:30 am.. It was gorgeous!!! Wish I could have done it again today... but alas, one must pay to play and today I had to pay the piper :-)

Juat got back from a 6.6 mile run. Strongest run in weeks and what a great day. Guess it goes downhill tomorrow. I didn't run yesterday with the winds gusting 45 - 55 mph. What a nasty day it was. Weather goes downhill a little tomorrow.
